The inside of the house feels luxurious because of the careful selection of materials and smart use of lighting, especially the flooding of natural light in the spacious rooms. Walls are kept to a minimum,fostering an open and airy ambience great for family get-togethers. The colours are mostly neutral, with some bright splashes of colours in furnishing and a vibrant greenery that together creates a welcoming atmosphere in every corner.

സദാ ഊർജ്ജസ്വലത നിലനിർത്തുന്ന ഒരുക്കങ്ങളും വെളിച്ചം നിറഞ്ഞ ഇടങ്ങളും.ഡിസൈനിങ് മികവുകൊണ്ട് അകവും പുറവും ആകർഷകമായ വീട്.
Symbolically presenting the principle that no matter how high one’s head is, one cannot stand without a good foundation, the tiled roof comes down and stands close to the ground; the house is full of design diversity without a wall and without a gate, reminiscent of a tent between the flat sky and the wide earth.
The design, suited to the tropical climate, is also a reflection of the high thoughts of this home. Motivational speaker and expatriate, the house owner Babuji, who welcomes all visitors without keeping them out with a compound wall or setting a limit at the gate. The trees in the plot have been preserved as much as possible and the Champa tree in front of the house has been presented as a canopy. A grassy slab-covered walkway leads to a porch accented with geometric symbols. Each area of the interior is identified by the three-level variation in the roof.
Plot is almost rectangular in shape east west in direction. The terrain slopes to south side. The plot has moderate wind current. Vegetation is also moderate. The soil is lateritic and coarse in nature. Roofs sloping in nature and pitching straight into the ground connected the structure more closer to the natural terrain. The idea was to seat the home without giving a profound visibly, but rather belonging to the terrain. Pitching roofs could bring in a subtle character to its overall form.
The steel trussed roof with clay tiles was an easy choice, so as to reduce the concrete load and less damaging site to an extent. It further enhanced the interior comfort in terms of temperature, as the intermittent gaps in the tiles reduced stack effect“Our task was to translate the clients character and his social commitment into an equally competing architectural concept which needed to humble in nature and essentially be an ele- ment sprouted from the terrain.
The home was the planned to have no com- pound walls to give it a boundless character and to retain the vegetation available at the site substantially.Subtle colours inked on the exteriors to lessen the profoundness of the structure and to emphasis the greenery of the topography”Said the architect.

Once inside, you will see that the house is in a single straight line from the living area to the kitchen. Partitions are often not walls, but furniture, and patios. There are only the most minimalist arrangements. There is no false ceiling and the tiled roof design is visible throughout. Some of the rafters provided for the roof are extended downwards and specially designed lighting fixtures are placed on them.
The staircase separates the dining and the water body. The natural light system is provided on the roof of the water body, which fills the entire house with light.
The whole wall of the family living room is covered with glass to bring in the view of the green valley outside. The same patterned design elements in wood can be seen as artefacts on the bedroom wall, sitting area and bookshelf. The walls are all in the gray color of cement plastering.
A minimalistic policy that continues everywhere, including bedrooms, avoids unnecessary decorations and colors. Neutral colors are everywhere; The only break in between is the colors in the furnishing items. Upstairs is just one bedroom and living area. The guest bedroom is downstairs with access from inside and outside the house at the same time. Guests can enter the room from outside without going inside the house.
Since it was a sloping plot, there is a cellar at the bottom. This is where the facilities including the accommodation of the house staff are located. The staircase is also a design element here. Overall, the house looks modern, but if you look at each one of the aspects then you will understand how much importance has been given to the traditional elements and construction methods in the house’s architecture detailing.
Additionally, Wayanad’s geography, climate, and surrounding serene views have all been considered while constructing this architectural masterpiece. This aspect can be defined as contemporary or up-to-date design.

A beautifully crafted home near Thrissur Akaladu with simple yet attractive features. When upgrading to a new location,( This is a house that had to be rebuilt when the highway took the place)Mr.Salim had some thoughtful ideas and suggestions for his dream home;the new house should have 4 bedrooms and a sufficient single-floor layout with minimalist interior design. The focus was on neutral colors, functionality, suitability, and adaptability to climate factors.
The Minimalist Approach
In consequence,the chief designer, Suhail P.C and Faseela, and Jumana, from Design &Décor,Thrissur has focused more on practicality than extravagant designs or color schemes. The height of the truss work of the courtyard has been elevated to create a loft area within, adding ample storage space integrated into the design. This utility area is noticeable in the elevation of the house which can be extensively used for any activities happening in the house.
Courtyard is focal point
The courtyard, filled with greenery and flowing water, with a lush green color when natural light passes through, and with a significant emphasis on plants, is the main focal point of the atrium. Steel mesh is used to cover it for protection, creating a safe environment where birds can also find shelter.
The seating arrangement around the perimeter of the courtyard, providing added comfort and convenience, is ideal for watching TV, receiving visitors, discussing current affairs, spending leisure time, or reading a book. It’s a favorite spot to relax and enjoy various activities according to Mr. Salim and family .These natural features are what make the courtyard the central focal point of the atrium.
Each day break starts with a newspaper and a cup of tea; listen to the birds chirping, enjoy the sound of flowing water and spend time in the natural ambience of the courtyard with joy. It’s a very pleasant experience being connected with nature in this place. That’s why we all love this space so much.The modular kitchen here follows a proper space utilization that facilitates interaction during dining and serves ample space for relaxation and reading.
The courtyard’s design encourages outdoor activities in a serene and less polluted ambience. Additionally, the courtyard serves as a transition space, connecting different parts of the house seamlessly. The minimalist approach extends to the furniture and finishes, with light-colored flooring and the walls are highlighted with textured painting.

നാച്വറൽ ലൈറ്റ് കടന്നു വരുന്ന പച്ചപ്പ് നിറഞ്ഞ കോർട്യാഡും മീൻ കുളവും വെള്ളമൊഴുക്കും ചെടികൾക്ക് പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന പാഷ്യോയുമെല്ലാമാണ് അകത്തളത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ഫോക്കൽ പോയിന്റുകൾ. പാഷ്യോക്ക് സ്റ്റീൽ മെഷ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കവചം തീർത്തു അതിൽ കിളിക്കൂടൊരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.വളരെ നാച്വറൽ ആയ ഇത്തരം സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ ചേർത്താണ് അകത്തളം ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.
ഡൈനിങ്ങുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം സാധ്യമാക്കുന്ന പാഷ്യോ വിശാലമായ ഏരിയ ആയതിനാൽ കിളികൾക്ക് അതിനുള്ളിൽ പറന്നു നടക്കാൻ ആവശ്യത്തിനു സ്ഥലമുണ്ട്. രാവിലെ ഉറക്കമുണർന്നാലുടൻ മുറിക്കുള്ളിൽ നിന്നും ഈ കോമൺ ഏരിയയിലേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങി വരുവാനുള്ള ഒരു പ്രേരണയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും എന്ന് വീട്ടുകാർ പറയുന്നു.

ഹൈവേയ്ക്ക് സ്ഥലം എടുത്തപ്പോൾ വീട് മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കേണ്ടി വന്ന ഈ കുടുംബം പുതിയൊരു വീട് വച്ചപ്പോൾ തങ്ങളുടെ എല്ലാ ഇഷ്ടങ്ങളും ഇതിനുള്ളിൽ സാക്ഷാത്കരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടാണ് പുതിയ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് കയറി താമസിച്ചത്. പുറമേക്കുള്ള കാഴ്ച ഭംഗിയല്ല അകമേയുള്ള ഓരോ സ്ഥലവും അതിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിനും ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്കുമനുസരിച്ച് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയണം. വീട് സ്വസ്ഥതയും സമാധാനവും പകരുന്നതാവണം ഓരോ നിമിഷവും എൻജോയ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഇടമാകണം അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ഒരു വീടാണിത്.

Nestled in Periyapuram, Piravom-Onakur; lies the Tharavad an exquisite blend of colonial and traditional Kerala architecture, boasting a history that spans over 150 years. Under the ownership of KV John Koomullil, this architectural gem stands as a testament to the bygone era. Its quaint front verandah adorned with arches, and the intricate network of doors within, reflect the colonial architectural ethos.
Similar marvels grace the homes of the Tarakan’s in Ezhupunna and the CMS College in Kottayam.Witnessing the masterful carpentry, a solution born of necessity in the absence of modern machinery, is an experience to behold.
Arched doorways, sturdy pillars (ara), and the traditional features like the chamber (nira), cellar (nilavara), and cow shed (Eruthil) offer a glimpse into a bygone way of life. The surrounding landscape, encompassing a pond ensconced in red stone across 8 acres and a verdant grove, harks back to the agrarian roots of tradition.
The need for renovation became apparent as the ravages of time began to manifest. Despite suggestions to raze it to the ground, owner KV John, a former architect in Mumbai’s town planning department, chose a path of reverence for heritage. His expertise in conservation and preservation guided the meticulous restoration, ensuring each element paid homage to its storied past.
The expansion of the ‘poomukham’, adorned with sculpted teak pillars and an arched porch, adds a touch of grandeur reminiscent of yester years. Authentic Athamkudi tiles from Karaikudi now grace the floors, while the roof, crafted in the classic arch shape, boasts and new tiles. The courtyard, paved with red stone and adorned with a ‘thulasithara’, exudes an aura of timeless elegance.

Inside, the charm continues with refurbished Manichitra locks adorning double doors, updated flooring, and meticulously restored windows. Modern amenities seamlessly blend with traditional craftsmanship, with downstairs offering cozy bedrooms, a cellar, a prayer area, and intimate living and dining spaces. Upstairs, a spacious hall, bedrooms, and traditional ‘ara and pathayam’ provide ample space for contemporary living.

മെഷിനറികളുടെ കടന്നു വരവിന് മുൻപ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന തച്ചന്മാരുടെ പണിക്കുറവ് തീർന്ന തച്ചുശാസ്ത്ര വൈഭവം കണ്ടും അനുഭവിച്ചും തന്നെ അറിയേണ്ടതാണ്. ആർച്ച് വാതിലുകളും അറയും നിരയും നിലവറയും മച്ചും പത്തായപ്പുരയും എരുത്തിലുമെല്ലാമായി പരമ്പരാഗത ജീവിതത്തിന്റെയും നേർക്കാഴ്ചയാകുന്ന തറവാട്.
ഏതാണ്ട് 8 ഏക്കറോളം വരുന്ന പുരയിടത്തിൽ ചെങ്കല്ല് കെട്ടി തിരിച്ച് കുളവും ചെടികളും വൃക്ഷങ്ങളും നിറഞ്ഞ തൊടിയും പണ്ടത്തെ കാർഷിക ജീവിതത്തിൻറെ ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തൽ കൂടിയാകുന്നു.
കാലപ്പഴക്കത്തിന്റെ അസ്വാരസ്യങ്ങൾ പലതരത്തിൽ ബാധിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് പുതുക്കി പണിയൽ അനിവാര്യമായിരുന്നു .ഗൃഹനാഥൻ കെ വി ജോൺ മുംബൈയിൽ ടൗൺ പ്ലാനിങ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ആർക്കിടെക്റ്റായിരുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ കൺസർവേഷൻ പ്രിസർവേഷൻ,റെനവഷൻ തുടങ്ങിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിലുള്ള അറിവും പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയവും ഒരു മുതൽ കൂട്ടായി.
അടുത്ത തലമുറക്കായ് കാത്ത് വച്ച്
പൊളിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു പുതിയ വീട് വയ്ക്കാൻ എല്ലാരും ഉപദേശിച്ചപ്പോഴും അതിനു മുതിർ ന്നില്ല. കാലത്തോടും പഴമയോടും പാരമ്പര്യത്തോടും തറവാടിനോടുള്ള സ്നേഹവും ബഹുമാനവും കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിച്ച് അടുത്ത തലമുറക്ക് നൽകുകയായിരുന്നു. പുതുക്കിപ്പണിയൽ ,സംരക്ഷണം,കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിക്കൽ എന്നിവക്കായി അദ്ദേഹം കാണിച്ച സന്മനസ്സ് അഭിനന്ദനാർഹം തന്നെ.
നവീകരണത്തിന് മുൻപ്
ആർച്ചുകൾ നിരന്നു നിൽക്കുന്ന വരാന്തയെ വരെ വീട് ആദ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ. എന്നാൽ പണ്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നത് എന്താണോ അതിനോട് അങ്ങേയറ്റം നീതിപുലർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് ഓരോ ഏരിയയും പുതുക്കിയെടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. പഴമയുടെ പ്രൗഢി കൂട്ടാൻ മുന്നിലേക്ക് പുതുതായി നീട്ടിയെടുത്ത പൂമുഖം. പ്രായത്തിന്റെ വലയങ്ങൾ കാതൽ തീർത്ത തേക്കുതടിയിൽ കടഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ശില്പഭംഗിയൊത്ത തൂണുകൾ നിരയിട്ടു നിൽക്കുന്ന ചുറ്റുവരാന്തയും ചാരുപടിയും നൽകി.ആത്തംകുടി ടൈയിൽ വിരിച്ച് ഫ്ലോറിങ് മാറ്റിയെടുത്തു.
കമാനാകൃതിയുടെ കൃത്യമായ അനുപാതത്തിൽ തീർത്തിട്ടുള്ള മേൽക്കൂരയിൽ പണ്ട് കാലത്തേ ബാസൽ മിഷൻ ഓടുകളായിരുന്നു.മേൽക്കൂരക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കേടുപാടുകൾ തീർത്ത് കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട ഓടുകൾ മാറ്റി പുതിയവ വിരിച്ചു. വിശാലമായ മുറ്റത്ത് ചെങ്കല്ല് വിരിച്ച്മുല്ലത്തറയും തുളസിത്തറയും സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. കിണർ പ്രത്യേകം മതിൽ കെട്ടി തിരിച്ചു. പണികൾ കഴിഞ്ഞു വീട് സന്ദർശിച്ച ഗൃഹനാഥൻറെ സുഹൃത്ത് ഒരു കൽവിളക്കും കൂടി സമ്മാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ പഴമയുടെ പൂർത്തീകരണമായി.
മുന്നിലെ ആർച്ചുകളിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഇടത്തെ അറ്റത്തുള്ള ആർച്ചിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നുമായിരുന്നു പണ്ട് മുകളിലേക്കുള്ള സ്റ്റെയർകെയ്സ്. പുതുക്കലിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സ്റ്റെയർകേസിനെ ഒന്ന് സ്ഥാനം മാറ്റി ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നുമാക്കി.ഇരുപാളി കതകുകളിലെ മണിച്ചിത്രപൂട്ടുകൾ മിനുക്കിയെടുത്തു. ചില വാതിലുകളിൽ പുതിയവ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.
മുറികളിളെല്ലാം ഫ്ളോറിങ് മാറ്റി.ആധുനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ നൽകി.ജനാലകൾ കേടുപാടുകൾ തീർത്ത് പുനഃസ്ഥാപിച്ചു. താഴെ നിലയിൽ കിടപ്പുമുറികൾ കുറവാണ്.നിലവറ,അറ (ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ പ്രെയർ ഏരിയ) ലിവിങ്, ഡൈനിങ് തുടങ്ങിയവയും, ചെറിയ രണ്ടു മുറികളുമാണുള്ളത്.
മുകളിൽ വിശാലമായ ഹാളും രണ്ടു കിടപ്പുമുറികളും അറയും പത്തായവും. മരത്തിൽ തീർത്ത ചുമരുകൾ,അതിലെ വെന്റിലേഷനുകളും കൊത്തുപണികളുടെ ഡീറ്റൈലിങ്ങും ഹാളിന്റെ ചുമരിലെ ഒറ്റപാളി ജനാലകളും തച്ചുശാസ്ത്ര മികവ് തെളിയിക്കുന്നവയാണ്. ഈ ജനാലകൾ പുറത്തെ തൊടിയുടെയും പടിപ്പുരയുടെയും പടിപ്പുരക്ക് മുകളിലൂടെ ദൂരെ റോഡിൽ വരെയും ഉള്ള കാഴ്ചവിരുന്ന് വീടിനുള്ളിൽ പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. “ജനാലകൾ നൽകുന്ന മഴക്കാഴ്ച ഏറെ ഹൃദ്യമെന്ന്”ആർകിടെക്ട് ഓർമ്മിപ്പിച്ചു.
പഴയകാല ഫർണിച്ചർ പലതും യാതൊരു കേടുപാടുമില്ലാതെ ഇപ്പോഴും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു . റോഡിൽ നിന്നും കുറച്ച് ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് നീളുന്ന ഒരു നീണ്ട വഴിയിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു വീട്ടിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനം . നവീകരണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഈ നീണ്ട വഴിയിൽ ഇടയ്ക്ക് ഒരു പടിപ്പുരയും പടിപ്പുരയ്ക്ക് കാവലായി രണ്ട് കരിവീരന്മാരുടെ ശിരസ്സുകളും സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. നടവഴി മുഴുവൻ ചെങ്കല്ല് വിരിച്ചു . തൊടിയിൽ തേക്ക് മരങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം നിറയെ നാടൻ ഫലവൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ വച്ച് പിടിപ്പിച്ചു .
പ്ലോട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കുളത്തെ സംരക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സ്റ്റെപ്പുകൾ കെട്ടി ശരിയാക്കി ചുറ്റുമതിൽ ചെങ്കല്ല് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഉയർത്തിക്കെട്ടി സംരക്ഷണവും നൽകി. ചുറ്റുപാടും ഉയർന്ന പ്രദേശമായരുന്നതിനാൽ കുളത്തിലേക്ക് നല്ല നീരൊഴുക്കുള്ളതിനാൽ ജലസമൃദ്ധമാണ് . എരുത്തിൽ അഥവാ പശു തൊഴുത്ത് പുതുക്കിയെടുത്തു ഔട്ട് ഹൗസും ഒന്ന് മിനുക്കി. ജോലിക്കാർക്ക് താമസിക്കുവാനുള്ള വീടും പുതുക്കി. മുറ്റത്തേക്ക് വണ്ടി പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നത് അല്പം വളഞ്ഞു ചുറ്റിയാണ്. ഈ വീട്ടുകാർക്ക് വേണമെങ്കിൽ പഴയ തറവാട് പൊളിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞിട്ട് പുതിയൊരു കോൺക്രീറ്റ് മന്ദിരം പണിയാമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ അത് ചെയ്തില്ല.വരും തലമുറക്കായി കാത്തു വയ്ക്കാൻ മനസ് കാണിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
റെനവേഷൻ, പ്രിസർവേഷൻ അങ്ങനെ എല്ലാത്തരത്തിലും എല്ലാ അർത്ഥത്തിലും തറവാടിനോടും എന്തിനാ പരിസ്ഥിതിയോട് പോലും അങ്ങേയറ്റം നീതിപുലർത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു സംരക്ഷണം ,പുതുക്കിപണിയൽ; അതിലൂടെ പരമ്പരാഗത വസ്തുകലയെ എങ്ങനെ കാലതീതമായി സംരക്ഷിക്കാം എന്നുകൂടി കാണിച്ചുതരുന്നു .

This residence designed for a nuclear family ,with 4 beds was designed with an open plan utilizing the scenic beauty available outside .
The water body and landscape patches seamlessly integrate into the design of the house . All rooms capture the view of the water body and the rear patio . Natural light is bought inside from windows and opening with extended slabs
A striking effect is achieved with extended patios around the house which blurs the line between inside and outside.
The entrance foyer into a double height space creates a volume with ample sunlight and opening .way to create private exterior space towards vistas and protecting itself from the noise of the road .
Early morning light will enter the sleeping areas of the house . The entire house is naturally cross ventilated to keep interior temperature low and breezy in thick summer.
The L shape is a practical way to create private exterior space towards the vistas and protecting itself from the noise of the road.the main living space is partitioned and the master bedroom is covered with a deckto the south. The shaded space allows an intermediate area and is completely secure . The large southern overhang permits the sun into living space can cool before entering the house in the middle of summer.
Materials and expectations capture the essence of the site as well as the functional requirements of the users thereby reflecting both warmth of a house and design aspirations .
The central patio by acts as a narrator of the story playing its important role in each and every space.
As it winds through elegantly from dawn to dusk complemented by the rich marble and wood creates a beautiful picture of harmony and grace using the view of the house on the waterfront.
Varying degree of privacy are achieved in all spaces . The design utilized a wrapping motif that dissolves the corner of spaces with window and opening that capture panoramic view
The design success of this project is its cohesive despite an addictive flow of spaces in the layout .It reorients view from all square shaped rooms through corner wrapped fenestration.
The interior theme of the villa
The interior of residence is a visual treat in terms of the exotic finishes and eyes of the viewer and gives a sense of awe to theviewer in the double height space in the hall area and the artifactsusedin the interior .
A highlight element of the project would be the patio space in the hall area that seamlessly exists to connect the space in rich wooden and glass finishes the view to the rear side landscape and water adds to an open feel the house .the luxury inside the house has been synced through the rich italian marble finish and the full height automated curtains to the wall features in brass and metal spaced throughout the house.
All bed rooms especially the rear ones have been designed with utmost care to bringin a transparency to the water view and landscape outside . all bed headrest havebeendraped in rich leather and with specialist finishes to the panelling behind .the blue pantry area designed in glass and ceaser stone is a high end ladies dining area lying right opposite to the ladies living area.
The extended deck for the dining and ladies living is used for any get togethers and parties. The client being a very prominent figure is involved in social getogethers and parties at home.
Nevertheless the extended balconies , deck areas and the gazebo are favourite spaces for anyone who visits the ville . the exotic wall finish offers an understated elegance .it was important to complement the deep blue look without detracting from it.
a lighter aesthetic comes to the master suite .relaxation and privacy were key notes in the ville design .the spaces have been treated with luxurious finishes which are light and soothing.

ഹരിത സാന്നിധ്യം എപ്പോഴും ഹൃദ്യവും ശാന്തതയും സമാധാനവും പകരുന്നതാണ് വീടിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചാവുമ്പോൾ അത് നൽകുന്ന ശാന്തിയും സമാധാനവും ആ വീടിനെയും വീട്ടുകാരെയും ഏറെ സ്വാധീനിക്കും.
കണ്ണൂരിൽ രാജീസിനു വേണ്ടി ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ വീടിൻറെ പിന്നിലുള്ള ഗ്രീനറിയും ബെഡ്റൂമിനോട് ചേർന്നുള്ള ഗസേബുവും ഡെക്കും പിന്നിലെ ചെറു ജലാശയവും പാഷ്യോയും ഫോക്കസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധമാണ് അകത്തളങ്ങൾ മുഴുവനും ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
.ഒരു അണുകുടുംബത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ഓപ്പൺ പ്ലാൻ നയത്തിൽ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന വീട്. എല്ലാം മുറികളും ഹരിതക്കാഴ്ചകളിലേക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നവയാണ്. നാച്വറൽ ലൈറ്റ് വീടിൻറെ അകത്തളങ്ങളെ കൂടുതൽ തെളിച്ചമുള്ളവയാക്കുന്നു. വീടിന് ചുറ്റിനുമുള്ള ഗ്രീൻ പോക്കറ്റുകളും പാഷ്യയോയും അകവും പുറവും തമ്മിൽ വേർതിരിവില്ലാതാക്കുന്നു.
പ്രവേശന കവാടവും ഫോയറും ഡബിൾ ഹൈറ്റ് സ്പേസിലാണ് ,ഈ ഉയരക്കൂടുതൽ സൂര്യപ്രകാശത്തിന്റെ സമൃദ്ധി നിറച്ച് ഈ ഏരിയകളെ സ്വകാര്യതയുള്ള ഒരു ഔട്ട്ഡോർ സ്പേസ് ആക്കി മാറ്റുന്നു . പുറത്ത് റോഡിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള ശബ്ദത്തെ പ്രതിരോധിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സ്വകാര്യ ഇടം കൂടിയാണിത്.

വിദേശവാസികളാണ് വീട്ടുകാർ പക്ഷേ നാട്ടിൽ ഒരു വീട് എന്നുള്ളത് മറ്റേതൊരു വിദേശവാസിയെയും പോലെ ഇവരുടെയും സ്വപ്നം തന്നെയായിരുന്നു.കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിൽ പാലാ- മരങ്ങാട്ടുപിള്ളി സ്വദേശികളായ ജിബി ജോർജും കുടുംബവും U K നിവാസികളാണ്.
നാടിൻറെ നന്മയെ ചേർത്ത് പിടിച്ച്
